Tycoon Materials, Inc. the parent company of Happy Recyclers™, has been approved by California Integrated Waste Management Board to become Approved E-Waste Collector. Under the California Electronic Waste Recycling Act of 2003, Tycoon Materials can collect electronic waste from any California Resources and transfer to any Approved Recyclers for further process.
