Tycoon Materials, Inc. the owner of Happy Reccylers ™, relocated its company Headquarters and recycling service facility to City of Industry, California. The new recycling facility provides sufficient space and loading docks to accommodate the growing volume of materials that Tycoon Materials collects and processes.
